Lisa Nicole Lopes (May 27, 1971 – April 25, 2002) better known by her stage name Left Eye, was an American rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter, best known as a member of the hip hop, R&B girl group TLC. Lopes contributed her self-written raps to many of TLC’s hit singles, including “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg”, “What About Your Friends”, “Hat 2 da Back”, “No Scrubs”, “Waterfalls”, and “Girl Talk”. IFWT

J. Cole spoke to the good folks at DrozDailySteezin.Dk in Copenhagen, Denmark about a wide variety of topics. Cole spoke about battling people on the Canibus Central forum where he used write his raps before he recorded them to music. He also spoke about an unreleased track called Knight Rider, his favorite rapper and who he currently listens to on his iPod.

Fashion: Distinct Life x Burn Rubber for Mike Posner
The Distinct Life and Burn Rubber got together with Mike Posner to create the official uniforms for his North American tour. The jacket and cardigan feature various logos including Mike’s infinity logo and the Burn Rubber Chef. The jacket’s most notable feature is the chenille brain logo on the back that represents his band the “Brain Trust”. Tour dates can be found here.
Music News: Raekwon To Write A New Book
Raekwon the chef is cooking up something new, according to AllHipHop. The Wu-Tang Clan rapper is currently penning a book about his life. Raekwon says the book will be coming and will be a great story, he just has to get a few things cleared before he can release the book. Would you read the book?
