We’ve seen a few trailers and previews but the full VH1 Roc Docs episode starring 50 Cent finally premiered last night. VH1 follows Curtis from South Jamaica, Queens to Edgefield, South Carolina to trace his family tree. Watch the rest of the documentary after the jump.

Tech News: Sleek Audio Severs Ties With 50 Cent

Now hear this: In a press release sent out today, Sleek Audio has terminated their four month relationship with 50 Cent. No word as to why, but below is statement from Sleek CEO, Mark Krywko: “We will be re-evaluating our Wireless Hybrid over-the-ear headphones at a later date. Currently we are working to bring our new, U.S.-made in-ear products to the market.” Melfi via Engadget

We premiered the audio two days ago and now, you also get to watch the VEVO video premiere for Nicole’s new single for the US featuring 50 Cent. Below is FIf’s statement on why he wanted to do the song with her:

“Well, I was really wanting to date her. They played the song, and I said, ‘OK, I’ll do it. Maybe I’ll get a chance to do the video and be next to her and see what happens!”

Video: Lloyd Banks Discusses Possibility of Reuniting With Game & Young Buck


MTV put up a brief clip of Funk Flex interviewing Banks he discusses if there’s a chance for Game and Buck to rejoin the Unit. Looks like it’s unlikely, but Banks doesn’t show much animosity either. I wish this would happen, but I know it’s extremely doubtful.

Christopher Charles Lloyd (born April 30, 1982), better known by his stage name Lloyd Banks, is an American rapper and member of the rap group G-Unit. Raised in South Jamaica, Queens G-Unit released two albums, Beg for Mercy in 2003 and T.O.S. (Terminate on Sight)in 2008. Banks released his first solo album The Hunger for More in 2004 with the top ten hit single “On Fire”. He followed with Rotten Apple in 2006 and left Interscope Records 2009. In 2010 G-Unit signed with EMI to distribute Banks third studio album H.F.M. 2 (Hunger for More 2), which was released on November 22, 2010.
