World News: Iceland’s Most Active Volcano Has Started Erupting, Spurs 50 quakes

I wouldn’t go as far to say that it’s the end of the world… but it’s quite a coincidence that this is happening! Scientists say Iceland’s most active volcano, Grimsvotn, has started erupting. AP reports that Iceland’s Meteorological Office confirmed Saturday that an eruption had begun, and local media said smoke could be seen coming from the volcano. News: 15 Year Old Commits Suicide in School Bathroom, School Receives Bomb Threat Just Hours Later

Horrible news sad when you hear something like this. A 15 year old freshmen fatally shot herself inside a school bathroom Monday while school was in session. According to police, no other students were in the bathroom with her at the time. THEN later in the day, school officials received a bomb threat and had to evacaute the building. They were allowed back in after 30 minutes. more details after the jump.
