If you recall, Jordan Brand released the Air Jordan 12 Low “Taxi” (as a quickstrike) at the beginning of April. We have now learned the “Black Patent” Air Jordan 12 Low will finally hit retailers on May 28, 2011.

Kicks: Michael Jordan’s Game Worn Air Jordan 1 Up For Auction at $25,000

Will you break your bank to pay for these Air Jordan 1 worn by MJ. These were worn in his second season, its in the original colorway with a strap through the ankle for additional support. Reason for the modification because  Jordan was injured his foot in his second season in the league. The shoe is 13 & 13.5 with extra padding supporting the injury. Kicks: Rondo wears Kobe VI in NBA playoffs

In the Celtics playoff game vs the Knicks Rajon Rondo was sporting the Kobe 6s all white and green player exclusive. Kind of odd to wear a rival players shoe especially being a Celtic and wearing a laker shoe.

Kicks: Nike Kobe Zoom Venomenon Concord

Nike has expanded on the Nike Zoom Kobe VI line with the Nike Zoom Kobe Venomenon. The Venomenon incorporates a lot of the attributes of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI, but in a slightly slimmed down version.We first happened upon the Venomenon back in back in December, and have since confirmed that it is an overseas only release.For the most recent version, we see a mostly white upper that is flanked with black on the toe, mudguard, and heel. Concord colored laces sit atop the black tongue, which sits with the concord liner. Finally, a Nike Zoom outsole sits below, keeping everyone nice and comfortable. Sports: Taj Gibson Has Been Playing In Shoes 2.5 Sizes Too Big

If you had older brothers, you probably at some point of your childhood wore their shoes a time or two. Or, if you were like me, your friends all had "better" shoes growing up, and you couldn't help but borrow them when possible, even if that meant sizing up or down. It's not too often that you see professional athletes with sneaker endorsement contracts having to either cram their feet in a smaller size or roam the hardwood in roomy footwear, but that's exactly what Taj Gibson has been dealing with lately.

Rumors have been floating around about the possible re-release of the Air Jordan 4 (IV) – White / Cement, but it seems that the Air Jordan 4 (IV) Retro – Military Blue may be making its way back to shelves in 2012 as well. We aren’t even half-way through 2011, and 2012 is already shaping up to be a good year for JB fans.

It has been almost 12 years since the 1999 White/Cement Air Jordan IV release. An undisputed favorite, the shoe has been featured throughout pop culture. In the famous 1989 film Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing, the shoe was even shown being cleaned with a toothbrush to remove dirt marks. Despite retros of other colorways in recent years, such as the Black/Cement in the 2008 Air Jordan Countdown Package 4/19, the classic White/Cement colorway has yet to be re-released.

Although unexpected and somewhat too soon, Jordan fans are welcoming the return of the Black/Metallic Silver Air Jordan Retro 5 with open arms. We've all known what we can expect them to look like once released, but today's first look at the 2011 edition has revealed one possible variation.

Rumored to be releasing during the holiday season is the returning Air Jordan Retro 1 High, which will commemorate the shoe's NBA ban in 1985. The "Banned" Jordan 1 will be released in the Black/Varsity Red-White colorway, with several unique markings that allude to the initial disallowance due to not falling in line with the league's uniform color policy at the time. More After The Break
